Red Velvet Cake Premix 500Gm
Ingredients:
Sugar, Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Milk Solids, Whey Solids, Corn Starch, Dextrose, Emulsifiers (E471, E472b, E477), Raising Agents (E500(I), E4500), E341 (I)), Salt, Stabilizer (E415).
Recipe : Super Moist Red Velvet Cake Premix-1000 Gm, Water-500 Ml, Oil 230-250 Ml.
Method: 1. Take Super Moist Red Velvet Premix And Water In Mixing Bowl. 2. Mix For 1 Minute At Slow Speed. 3. Scrap The Batter And Mix For 5 Minutes High Speed. 4. Take Oil In The Batter And Mix For 1 Minute At Slow Speed. 5. Take The Batter In Well Greased Cake Mould And Baked At 170 °c For 30-35 Minutes.
